Join us for a FREE community gathering with environmental crafts, education, and appreciation. Interactive drumming performance on the bandstand from 4-5 PM. Come out and celebrate Earth Day with us.

This Mother’s Day bring your family to join us for a colorful array of juggling, theatre, mime, and interactive laughter and lightness. Take this celebratory day to enjoy colors flying with umbrellas, hats, canes, streamers and even a floating balloon or two!! Our presenter will invite participants to join in the fun, balance, and spin objects of their choice after the performance. Magic, movement, and family togetherness will abound.  

$30 per family (all ages welcome), limited to 25 families.

The Recreation Department is excited to present this event. 

Come celebrate being together and join in the fun as we dance to the Latin rhythms of Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton and Cumbia. 

Co-led by licensed Zumba instructors.  No experience necessary, move at your own pace! 

Wear non-marking sneakers and comfortable clothing to move in. 

Ages 18 and up. No preregistration needed.  

We will dance May 12, 14 and 19 from 9:30am to 10:30am in Whipple Hall, 25 Seamans Road, New London. 

The classes are FREE but bring a non-perishable item for the New London Food Pantry if you wish.

Kite Fest
