Records Retention Committee

The Records Retention Committee oversees the Town’s management, retention, preservation, and disposition of municipal records in accordance with RSA Chapter 33-A, Disposition of Municipal Records. The Committee helps ensure that Town records are maintained for the required periods established under RSA 33-A:3-a, while supporting the secure and appropriate disposal of records that have met their retention requirements. The Committee also works to promote consistent records management practices across Town departments and offices.
