We recently became aware that members of our community have received fraudulent emails impersonating Town of New London employees and requesting wire transfers for items such as building permit fees.

Please be advised that these are phishing emails. The Town of New London does not accept wire transfers for building permits or similar fees. Payments are accepted by cash or check only.

If you receive an email of this nature, please treat it as suspicious. Thank you for your attention and continued vigilance.
