The Town of New London will hold a special town meeting pursuant to RSA 31:5-b, II to cure the procedural defect of the May 14th Town Meeting to reconsider Articles #3 & #9:
“To see if the Town will vote to ratify the results of the March 12th Town Meeting and the subsequent May 14th reconsideration meeting of Articles #3 and #9 even though the date, time and place for the reconsideration meeting was not announced at the March 12th Town Meeting pursuant to RSA 40:10,II.”

ATTENTION NEW LONDON RESIDENTS
In preparation for the Town Meeting to cure the procedural defect of the May14, 2025 Town meeting to reconsider Articles #3 and #9 to be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 5pm at Whipple Memorial Town Hall, the Supervisors of the Checklist will hold a session on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 in the Town Offices at 375 Main Street, New London from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm to register new voters or to make party, name or address changes. You will not be able to register at the June 18th Town Meeting.
As residents of New London or Elkins and wishing to register or requesting a change to your voter registration information, please provide a photo ID issued by any State or the US Government. Please also provide proof of residency in the town of New London or Elkins if not shown on a New Hampshire issued photo ID. To prove citizenship please provide a birth certificate, passport or your naturalization papers if you have not previously been registered in the state of New Hampshire.
Please Note: A real ID compliant drivers license is NOT proof of US Citizenship here in NH.

The New London Board of Selectmen is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashley Seybold as the town’s next Town Administrator. Ashley will officially assume the role on June 5th.
Ashley brings a wealth of experience in human resources and project management, having most recently served as the Senior HR Operations Project Manager – Restructuring at Activision Blizzard, a Microsoft company. Prior to that, she held the role of Senior Employee & Change Manager at Agero.
In addition to her professional experience, Ashley has demonstrated a deep commitment to the New London community. She notably chaired the Police Facilities Advisory Committee, where she played a key role in helping the Board of Selectmen plan for the future of the town’s Police and Communications facility.
A New London native, Ashley offers both a deep understanding of the town’s character and a strong passion for its future. Her leadership and expertise make her an exceptional choice to guide New London forward.
The Board of Selectmen looks forward to welcoming Ashley in her new role and is confident that her appointment will serve the best interests of the community.
